You know ah? Ten days ago, I cut it. When I tell my girl girl ah, she said, baby ah, yours is so fast now! Then, I tell my friends I cut already, you all got or not? Of course got, like that only can go faster mah. Then I tell my Pa, your son cut already. Zai, don't tell Mummy ah, I also cut already. We all cut already, you got cut or not?

Sounds familiar? Yes, you're right, that's the advertisement from P1 Wimax. When I first heard this advertisement over the radio, I was like: Huh?! This is so so gay! Well, although it really did catch attention, it's rude and stupid. It pollutes the public's mind! Gahh, what's the Ministry doing? Don't tell me that you want us to potong yours first, then only you'll take take action!

You want evidence that we dislike it? Alright, here's a snippet of an article I read on the internet just now:

Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall Wanita chief Alice Lee urged the company to retract the advertisement because it made women feel uncomfortable.

“It was done in very bad taste and is filled with sexual innuendo,” she said.

I totally agree with what Alice said. For those who don't know what potong means, it is a Malay word for cut. However, in this context, it has a symbolic meaning for circumcision. And you know what? Seong Hock told me that other companies are using the word, potong in their advertisement too! So what now, a potong fever? Woohoo, kudos people, you manage to pollute everyone's mind! Great job, great job. *claps*

If everyone approves this thing, well, I doubt Vision 2020 can be achieved, especially the seventh challenge: Establishing a fully caring society. Haha!
